When will my order be ready?
Allow 48 hours for processing,
this also applies to ALL ORDERS,
including Next Day and 2nd Day UPS. Items not in stock will be
placed on backorder processed when they are in stock.

Choosing New or Used Text Books
-
If used books are ordered and are not
available,
new books will automatically be substituted and customer will be
charged new price. The same, if new books are not available,
used will be substituted. We make every effort to honor your choice,
however sometimes your choice is not available. Even though the
system gives you a choice of new or used, be aware that some books
only come new, such as packages and lab and course packets,
and some books are only available used.
Continuing Education

Allow 48 hours for processing,
this also applies to ALL ORDERS,
including Next Day and 2nd Day UPS. Items not in stock
will be placed on backorder .

The KSU Center
has Continuing Ed books for purchase at the KSU Center
Bookstore. The KSU Center Bookstore hours are:
4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Mon - Thur. and Sat. 8:30 am - 11:30 am

Continuing Education has 3
days for refunds after the class starts. One day classes, books
must be returned before the class for refund.

Web orders must
be picked up within 2 weeks of processing or a
$50.00 restocking fee
will be applied.

You will have 2
weeks to pick up any "Back Order" after it is processed or
restocking fee will also apply.

Continuing Ed web
orders will be filled when received. Allow 2 days processing
time. Then they will be ready for pick up or mailed.

Continuing Ed web orders should be
picked up at the KSU Center Bookstore,
NOT the main KSU Bookstore
Information for Non
textbook orders
-
Non Semester book orders
(clothing etc) will be filled within 48 hours
-
Your order will be ready to pick up or mailed
after the 48 hours.

If a product is not available,
you will be called. Some items are seasonal and are not
available once stock is gone. If the item is on order; you will
have the choice of waiting for the item to be restocked or cancel your order.

Orders for "Hold for Pick Up" need to be picked
up within 2 weeks.
Text Book Orders:

availability. If you do not have financial aid posted to the
bookstore when your order is processed, your order will be
cancelled. It is your responsibility to see that funds are
available before placing an order. If your order is cancelled,
you will need to check with financial aid as to the reason.

orders or back-orders for financial
aid customers, not filled
by the last available day of financial in the bookstore
will be cancelled,
because money will no longer be available after the deadline.
Take into consideration it takes the staff 48 hours to process
orders. Even if you place your order on the last day of
financial aid, it may not be able to be processed until the 24
to 48 hours, by then funds will not be available.
It is suggested you place your order 48
hours prior to the deadline, to give the staff time to
process your order prior to the deadline.

WEEKS . (Orders placed prior to 1st day of class have 2
weeks to pick up your order, starting from the 1st day of class
OR 2 weeks from time order is processed after the first day of
class)

the two weeks, if order is not picked up, the items will be
refunded and returned to inventory and assessed the
$50.00 restocking fee.
