We have compiled answers to your questions related to course materials, technology and other services at University Stores during this time.

I want to shop in-store. What measures are you taking to keep customers and employees safe?

University Stores is following CDC and state of Georgia guidelines to minimize risk to our customers and employees. We respectfully ask that you adhere to social distancing guidelines while shopping in our store by maintaining at least 6 feet between each person. As an additional measure, we strongly encourage customers to wear a face-covering while inside the bookstore.

As always, we are committed to maintaining the safety of our students, faculty and staff. Some operational changes that we have made include:

  • Limiting store entry to the doors nearest to OwlTEC and the Student Center Visitor parking lot
  • Limiting the number of customers shopping at one time based on federal and state guidelines
  • Trying on clothing will not be allowed, and all apparel sales are final
  • Masks will be worn by all customer-facing employees
  • Our staff is cleaning the space throughout the day, with an increased focus on high touch surfaces like shopping baskets and cashier counters
  • Contactless payment options
  • Visual reminders for social distancing
