Order Pick-Up Location Options

The KSU Bookstore provides multiple pick-up locations for you to choose from when placing your order for course materials online. Hours of operation vary.

Once the KSU Bookstore has processed and packed your order, you will receive an email notification from [email protected] stating that your order is ready to pick up. While we strive to process these orders in a timely manner, during peak periods like August and January, it may take longer.

Packages may only be picked up by the customer whose name appears on record for the order. You must have your Talon Card or other valid photo ID to claim your course materials. Please also have your order number available.

Order pick-up is available from the Mail Room window inside the KSU Bookstore location in the J.M. Wilson Student Center on the Marietta Campus.
