Purchase Doctoral Student Hood in Custom KSU Gold.

Doctoral students are required to have all three pieces of custom KSU regalia (Gown, Hood, and Tam) to participate in commencement ceremonies.

**Ordering Information: ** Please allow a minimum of eight (8) weeks for delivery. Orders placed after **October 23rd**, may not arrive in time for the Fall Commencement Ceremonies. All purchased regalia will be shipped directly to the customer’s address.

**Important Note: ** New orders placed after **October 23rd** will not arrive in time for the Fall Commencement. Orders will be delivered approximately eight weeks after placement.

**Order Confirmation Process: ** Upon order processing, you will receive an automated email confirming that your order has been charged and is "on its way with your preferred shipping method." A separate, non-automated email will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up. As noted, this process requires a minimum of eight weeks. **Shipping and Pick-Up Options** Items are available for in-store pick-up or UPS Ground shipping only. Expedited shipping options (2nd Day or Next Day) are not available.
